RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
We endeavour to make the recruitment process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our clients. However, according to statutory requirements and government regulations, the following documents are to be sent to us by the 'Employer' in order for us to successfully carry out the recruitment drive:
We require a Power of Attorney from the 'Employer' in the name of Cansun, that is, authorizing us to advertise, recruit and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.
A 'Demand Letter'; stating details like, number of personnel required, salary, duration of contract, etc.
Contract agreement between employer and employee.

Recruitment Procedure
The moment the requirements are received from our clients, we evaluate the details and classify them. Upon analysis and required classification of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting.
Candidates can also directly visit our website, where they can search from a long list of vacancies and apply by posting their CVs against positions that suits their profile. Our specialized technical consultants check the updated resumes on a regular basis and test the candidates for their skills, helping them find jobs that meet their skills. They even perform Trade Test if required.
The CVs of short listed candidates, with technical consultantís remarks on them, are then sent to the companyís delegates for their approval. The clients also have the option of visiting our offices in India, as per their convenience, to personally evaluate the candidates.
On receiving the final selection list from the Client, the selected candidates are called for Medical and other Visa Processing formalities, including their salary clarification.
In this whole process the candidates, undergo their Medical formalities with Panel Doctors. Their Medical Fitness Report is then sent duly to the companyís delegates for their conformity on the same.
Thereafter, while the company gets the employment agreement prepared and Visa issued for their medically fit candidates, we work on the completion of other documentation formalities, thereby minimizing the time consumption of the entire process.
Subsequently, we submit the documents to the Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates. Emigration clearance process generally takes 3 days from the date of submission. Upon completion of all documentation formalities and Visa endorsement we immediately deploy the candidate. The entire process takes around 07-10 days after receiving the visas from the client.
