Recruitment Procedure

Comprehensive End-to-End Recruitment & Deployment Process

Our streamlined recruitment process ensures efficient and timely placement of the right talent. From understanding client requirements and sourcing qualified candidates to skill evaluation, shortlisting, and client approval, every step is handled with precision.

Requirement Analysis & Job Classification
The moment the requirements are received from our clients, we evaluate the details and classify them. Upon analysis and required classification of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, job portals, advertisements and head hunting.
Candidate Sourcing & Skill Evaluation
Our specialized technical consultants check the updated resumes on a regular basis and test the candidates for their skills, helping them find jobs that meet their skills. They even perform Trade Test if required.
Shortlisting & Client Review
The CVs of shortlisted candidates, along with technical consultant’s remarks, are sent to the company’s delegates for approval. Clients also have the option to visit our offices in India to personally evaluate candidates.
Final Selection & Pre-Processing
On receiving the final selection list from the client, selected candidates are called for medical and visa processing formalities, including salary clarification.
Medical Examination & Fitness Approval
Candidates undergo medical tests with panel doctors, and their medical fitness reports are submitted to the client for confirmation.
Documentation & Visa Processing
While the company prepares employment agreements and issues visas, we complete all required documentation to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Emigration Clearance (POE)
We submit documents to the Protector of Emigrants (POE) for emigration clearance, which typically takes around 3 days.
Deployment & Mobilization
After completing all formalities and visa endorsement, candidates are deployed promptly. The entire process usually takes 7–10 days after visa receipt.
